We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties. By using the TAO website you agree to our privacy policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this site.

Delivery Policy

TAO delivery allocated time slots are for guidance only and we cannot guarantee delivery at this time. We endeavour to be within half an hour before and after time selected whenever possible.

Refund policy

To provide the best customer satisfaction, we provide the following solutions. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding our Refund policy on 01925 636888. Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed with the restaurant.

Food order errors

If you receive food that is different from your receipt, we sincerely apologise. Please call us on 01925 636888 as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order. You may come to pick up the correct food item. In some cases, we may offer you a store credit. Your order will be priority if you come to pick it up. In all cases, please return the food order in the original container(s)*.

Food order incomplete

In the rare occasion that you do not receive food that is on your receipt, we will make it up to you. Please call us on 01925 636888 as soon as you notice that any food items were not received in your order. We will prioritise your order, make any missing items (subject to availability) for you to collect. If you wish to pick up missing item/items next time, we will make a note of it.

Dissatisfaction

We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. Please call us immediately on 01925 636888 if you receive unsatisfactory food caused by a dislike or objects in the food. We will need the food returned in the original container(s)* so we may investigate and deal with the issue. We will prepare you a new food order. If you do not wish to receive a new dish, we may refund the amount to a credit/debit card or we will refund you with a store credit only after we receive the food in the original container(s)* and have confirmed the error to the discretion of the manager on duty.

Cancel order

Sorry, we cannot cancel, refund or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is prepared. If the food has been consumed or removed we cannot issue any discount, refund or store credit.

* If the food has been discarded, repackaged or tampered with then we cannot verify its origin or issue and cannot issue any discount, refund or store credit. Please note: we strive to prepare and package our pick up items to preserve the high quality of the food. Keep in mind the temperature, sauce, and consistency of some items may vary slightly after being packaged.

Age policy

If you are under 18 you must ask your parent or guardian before you buy anything on the taopadgate.co.uk website, email the website, send in any information to TAO or ask TAO to email you anything. By continuing to use this website and any of the services offered, you are confirming that you have received the consent of your parents or a guardian. However it is the ultimate responsibility or the parent or guardian to ensure that all children under 18 are supervised when online and to ensure that the appropriate parental control tools are put in place. No information collected from anyone under the age of 18 will be used for any marketing or promotional purposes whatever as is stated when you register for competitions or promotions. Notification of a win or prize will be sent directly to the parent or legal guardian, identified in the initial registration process.
